RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At BeGin Again we want you to be happy when you shop with us, but occasionally we know you may want to return items. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Please note the following:
Products can be only returned in the country in which they were originally purchased;
Products can only be returned if purchased from us directly online (not from concessions or other retail outlets);
Any skincare product being returned should be unused, unopened and the security seal still intact. If, upon return, the product has been opened or used we cannot refund but will offer a credit note in its place.
Should you have a skin response to your product please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the ongoing effect of COVID-19 we have found some of our suppliers are taking longer to deliver ingredients etc to us, however we still endeavour to turn orders round and get them out to you as soon as possible.
From Monday to Friday, we aim to despatch all orders ordered before 12pm the same day but this can be delayed during busy periods. For urgent orders please select the 1-2 Day option and we will guarantee to despatch your order within 24 hours on receipt of order. Orders despatched with the 1-2 Day option on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will also aim to contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours. Please note, the above despatch information does not apply to bespoke or custom made orders.
If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you.
When we despatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable.
